2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use BuildWave for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on BuildWave
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. AI-Generated Content

BuildWave uses artificial intelligence to generate code and applications. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code
• BuildWave is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content
• Generated code is provided "as is" without warranties

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Usage Limits

Your use of BuildWave is subject to the following limitations:

• Free accounts: 10 requests per day
• Pro accounts: 30 requests per day
• Fair use policy applies to all accounts
• Abuse or excessive usage may result in account suspension

7. Intellectual Property

The code you generate using BuildWave belongs to you. However, the BuildWave platform, including its AI models, interface, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of BuildWave.

The information on BuildWave is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildWave excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildWave or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BuildWave, even if BuildWave or a BuildWave authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

11. Changes to Terms
